My name is Lofton, and I’m a proud Nashville baby! I’ve always had a love for exploring new places, diving into a good book, practicing yoga, and embracing all things holistic. I’m constantly chasing a sense of thrill and variety in life. Growing up in Tennessee, I’ve developed a soft spot for countryside living—there’s something so grounding about the peace and simplicity of nature. That said, every now and then, I get the itch for a city escape. But no matter where I go, I always find myself planning my next adventure.
