As someone who grew up a picky eater, living off fried food for the majority of my life, this journey promises to be quite an adventure. I’m hoping to expand my food palette while in Europe, where the quality of food is renowned. I went from being a child who couldn’t bear for different foods to touch on my plate to now embracing a more adventurous approach—mixing and matching flavors to discover new and exciting tastes.
