Who I Am
Hey, hi, hello!
I’m Lofton! I’m a Nashville baby with a heart that beats for adventure and all things holistic. I’m the kind of girl who’s happiest with a passport in one hand and a matcha latte in the other. I’ve always been drawn to exploring new places, getting lost in a good book, rolling out my yoga mat wherever I land, and leaning into life’s unexpected moments.
I like to keep things fresh, variety, and a little thrill keep me feeling alive. Growing up in Tennessee gave me a soft spot for the countryside, slow living, and simple joys… but every now and then, I find myself craving the buzz of a new city. Wherever I go, one thing stays the same: I’m already dreaming about where I’ll go next.
Travel is my forever love story. Whether I’m wandering around backroads in my home state or hopping on a plane to someplace brand new, I live for the chance to dive into different cultures, meet incredible people, and experience the magic that comes with getting a little lost. There’s just something soul-stirring about stepping outside your bubble and seeing the world with fresh eyes, don’t you think?

When I’m not off exploring new places, you’ll probably find me curled up with a good book. Reading has always been my favorite escape, there’s just something about slipping into someone else’s world and seeing life through a different lens. It’s not just the stories that pull me in; it’s the little gems of insight, the new ideas, and those unexpected moments of connection that really stay with me. Honestly, every book feels like its own little adventure.
Yoga is another love of mine. It’s become so much more than a workout, it’s my reset button. Whether I’m flowing through poses, focusing on my breath, or just sitting still, it’s where I reconnect with myself. Yoga has taught me to slow down, listen to my body, and be more present in every part of my life. The more I practice, the more I feel this beautiful alignment between my mind, body, and soul and that’s something I carry with me wherever I go.
I’ve always had a soft spot for all things holistic. From natural remedies and alternative therapies to nourishing, feel-good foods, I’m genuinely curious about all the different ways we can take care of ourselves. To me, wellness isn’t just about the physical stuff; it’s emotional, mental, spiritual… all of it. Ever since I started leaning into more holistic practices, I’ve felt more in tune with my body and more balanced in my life. It’s like I finally gave myself permission to take the lead in my own healing journey, and it’s been so empowering.
I also have a big heart for people and food. There’s just something so beautiful about hearing someone’s story, learning where they come from, and sharing a meal that means something to them. Connecting with others, especially over something delicious — reminds me why I love doing what I do.

When it comes to food, I see it as so much more than just something to eat, it’s a full-on celebration of culture, flavor, and connection. I wasn’t always this way, though. If it weren’t for LA and its wildly diverse food scene, I’d probably still be living off chicken tenders and fries. But now? I love trying new dishes, tasting the world one bite at a time, and letting food tell me stories I’d never hear otherwise.
At my core, I’m a coastal cowgirl with a soft spot for slow mornings, good books, yoga flows, holistic living, and the kind of nature that makes you pause and just be. I’m all about living with intention, harmonizing mind, body, and soul as I grow into the most aligned version of myself.
This blog is my little corner of the internet, my creative playground where I get to share the journey, the lessons, the laughs, and everything in between.
I’ve always been curious about the stories that shape who we are and how we see the world. There’s something so special about connecting with people, especially those who have a different way of seeing things. Whether it’s bonding over a shared meal or getting lost in a deep, heartfelt conversation, those real, human moments? That’s what I live for.
With love,
Lofton
